Reiki energy sessions can be done in person or distant, providing benefits on spiritual, emotional, mental and physical levels. Doing no harm and going where it is needed, the energy clears any energy blockages, raises energy vibrations and adds positive energy. In a session with me I also include the 7 major Chakras energy centers. I also incorporate the use of Solfeggio tuned tuning forks as intuitively guided.
